Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm

Twin Lakes Church Preschool (CEC) is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated full-time Preschool Teacher to join our team. We serve children ages 2 through Transitional Kindergarten in a warm, nurturing environment where children, families, and staff are valued and supported.

About the Role:

We are looking for an educator who can create a positive and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to learn each day. Our teachers play an important role in helping children grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically through developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

 

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a strong understanding of child development and early learning practices

• Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families

• Create a classroom environment that is structured, nurturing, and fun

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and activities

• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive teaching team

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Be dependable, adaptable, and consistent

• Feel comfortable incorporating Christian values into daily classroom experiences

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 ECE or Child Development units required
  (examples include Child Growth & Development, Child/Family/Community, Curriculum, etc.)

• Willingness to continue coursework toward at least 12 ECE units

• Previous experience working with young children preferred
